Sahil specialises in international business laws, start-up law (including VC) and dispute resolution. Sahil is popular for pragmatic legal advice and solutions to complex issues of law.

 

He has experience of working on complex legal matters of various jurisdictions relating to Contracts, M & A, VC and Start-Up Law, Corporate Governance, Deal Structuring, Investment Law, Dispute Resolution, International Trade law and Competition Laws. Sahil is well versed with laws of England and Wales, Middle East, India, the US, East Africa, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Ireland and Singapore. He has, in past, worked as General Counsel of market leading conglomerates in the Middle East and India.  He  frequently judges start-ups competitions and delivers lectures at various forums.

pARUL SONI

MANAGING PARTNER

Parul is a seasoned banking and finance lawyer.

                       

She has successfully lead various project financings, international bank financings, restructurings and bank-financed limited recourse transactions.

 

She has, in past,  worked with the largest trustee company of India. During the initial phase of her career, she was an avid litigation lawyer- an experience which provides her an edge whilst working on complex transactions. She is known for her attention to minute details.

SANAA KHAYAT

PARTNER

Sanaa is a British legal professional specialising in corporate and finance laws. 

 

Her areas of interest  include Financing, Islamic Financing, Commercial Contracts, Company Incorporation, Mergers and Acquisitions, Due Diligence, Employment Law and Shariah Law.

 

Sanaa is tri-lingual (English, Arabic and French) and has experience of working on issues pertaining to major legal systems (common law, civil law and Shariah law). She has, in past, worked with Tier-1 law firms in the UK and the UAE; and has also acted as a General Counsel of an MNC based in the UK.
